The 2025–2027 Audi A6 e-tron Premium Plus is powered by a 94.4 kWh usable battery and is available in either a 375 hp rear-wheel-drive or a 456 hp dual-motor configuration. The Quattro delivers a 0 to 60 mph time of 4.3 seconds and an EPA-estimated range of up to 377 miles, with an 800V architecture charging reaching 10 to 80% in approximately 21 minutes.

This trim features a Bang & Olufsen sound system, ventilated front sport seats, and an electrochromatic panoramic glass roof. The software is centered around a 14.5-inch display running Android Automotive OS, which includes a built-in EV route planner, Google Assistant, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Safety amenities include Adaptive Cruise Assist with lane centering, a parking assistant, and a top-view 360° camera system.
