All Ever Certified vehicles are sourced, refurbished, and owner by Ever. This ensures all of our Ever Certified vehicles pass our quality standards, making sure they have sufficient battery health, clean vehicle history, and great overall condition.

We partner with leading electric vehicles-focused lenders to provide you with the best possible financing products. Typically, this means you will get a much more competitive rate via Ever compared to traditional dealers.

Most of our customers choose to take home delivery or pick-up their vehicle from our EV showrooms, without a need for additional test drives. Each Ever vehicle comes with 7 day or 500 mile money back guarantee. This means there is a 7 day or 500 mile window for you to return your EV, if you are not happy with the vehicle for some reason. That being said, we can arrange vehicle pick-ups and test drives at our EV showroom locations – and we'd be happy to help you get into your preferred electric vehicle!

All Ever Certified vehicles go through Ever inspections and certification. That allows us to provide you with both a 7-day or 500-mile Money Back Guarantee and a 90-day or 5,000-mile Ever Limited Warranty. Ever Money Back Guarantee allows you to return your Ever Certified EV for any reason, within 7 days or 500 miles (whichever comes first) from the moment you receive your vehicle. Ever Limited Warranty provides you with EV-tailored limited warranty protection for the first 90 days or 5,000 miles from the moment you receive your vehicle. We do not provide money back guarantees or limited warranties on vehicles purchased from private sellers.

All Ever Certified vehicles go through Ever inspections and certification. If there is something that requires fixing or reconditioning, we do this before delivering the vehicle to you. This way you can enjoy a smooth and trustworthy experience. It’s also good to remember that most Ever vehicles are relatively new, and EVs tend to be more reliable than their gasoline or diesel car counterparts!

Within California, we strive to deliver any Ever Certified vehicle within 1-5 days from completing your purchase. If you are located outside California, additional shipping time is typically 1-2 weeks.

As part of completing your order, you submit your preferred delivery method. An Ever team member will then inform you about your expected delivery date and time. At delivery, you should expect to present your driver’s license and proof of insurance, receive information about the vehicle and our process, learn about Ever Money Back Guarantee and Ever Limited Warranty, and complete the paperwork. If you are selling your previous car to us, we complete a quick on-site inspection and pick up the vehicle at once, making it easy and effortless for you! If your EV does not arrive with already-completed registration, we will provide you with a temporary operating plate or other state-specific guidelines.

We take care of registration for most of our customers. Typically, we complete the required paperwork at delivery and provide you with a temporary operating plate or other state-specific guidelines. Then, after delivery, we submit title transfer and registration to the appropriate DMV, making your post-purchase experience as easy and effortless as possible. Once your vehicle registration is completed, your new plates and registration will be sent to the address on your Ever user profile. If you have moved or want to receive your new plates and registration to another address, please inform us. Note: In some instances, there are other state-specific processes and guidelines that we need to follow.
